Seeking modpodTM Mass Production Facility Franchisees

The modpodTM is a unique set of products designed and developed by Modra Hayes for the provision of innovative, aesthetically pleasing, clean, healthy, rugged and long lasting transportable accommodation, service and storage solutions.

Modra Hayes has also designed a modpodTM Mass Production Facility that incorporates an appropriate mix of manpower and automation to enable rapid prototyping and production of modpodTM Board and individual modpodTM for small production runs (1 x modpodTM per 8 hour shift), or large scale production runs (10 or more modpodTM per 8 hour shift), depending upon the need. The modpodTM Mass Production Facility is populated by a range of automated tooling that has also been designed by Modra Hayes. This tooling enables Modra Hayes to break the fabrication of modpodTM into logical work groups to minimise waste and maximise quality of modpodTM fabrication. This logical work group approach also enables flexible franchise arrangements for the entire modpodTM Mass Production Facility, or for subsets of the modpodTM Mass Production Facility.

Modra Hayes is interested in establishing appropriate business relationships with modpodTM Mass Production Facility Franchisees worldwide to enable the rapid production and deployment of appropriate modpodTM designs in countries around the globe.

In support of its franchisees, Modra Hayes will design an appropriate manufacturing facility for the region of the world in which the modpodTM Mass Production Facility is to be located. Modra Hayes unique design considerations will include:

1. The most appropriate modpodTM Board design for the particular modpodTM application. Different regions of the world may have unique climatic, cultural, health, safety or occupational requirements for material design as well as modpodTM design making the design and fabrication of the most appropriate modpodTM Board different for different regions of the world.

2. The design of the most appropriate automation tools used for fabrication of the particular modpodTM Board will vary depending upon the final modpodTM Board design.

3. The most appropriate modpodTM Mass Production Facility for the location and application of modpodTM may also depend upon climatic, cultural, health, safety or occupational requirements. Modra Hayes can flexibly design the modpodTM Mass Production Facility to meet these unique requirements.

In support of our Franchisees, Modra Hayes can also sub divide the functions of the modpodTM Mass Production Facility and design and provide appropriate sub facilities, for example, assembly only facilities. Modra Hayes can provide the appropriate modpodTM Board and other components for modpodTM Assembly from other modpodTM Mass Production Facilities if this is more attractive to particular Franchisees.
